Accessibility statement

Last updated October 10, 2026

We want everyone to be able to total their hours. CountCrunch aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Every calculator can be used with a keyboard. Enter moves to the next time field, and menus support arrow keys and Escape.
  • Inputs and buttons have text labels for screen readers, and results are announced in a polite live region.
  • Text and controls meet contrast requirements in both light and dark themes.
  • Motion is minimal and switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Overtime is shown with text and position as well as red color, so it does not rely on color alone.

Known limitations

Third-party advertisements may not meet the same standard. The downloadable PDF files are not yet tagged for screen readers; the Excel and CSV exports are the accessible alternatives.

Feedback
